Find out about our ESL (English as a Second Language) classes. Contact JCIRA at 360-232-6070 for more information. Are you an undocumented student or a DACA recipient who wishes to go on to higher education? The Washington Student Achievement Council (WSAC) administers programs that help people access and pay for college. As a DACA recipient or an undocumented student you are eligible for in-state tuition, and you may qualify for financial aid and scholarships. For more information go to this WSAC page.
